The Restaurants give you according to your affordability.Sometimes it can be too much which is unhealthy.There comes the scenario of eating less because you are avoiding to be "too fat"That can cause  some diseases or unbalancing  of the nutrients.

The  Food should be enough so that enough blood can circulate enough in the heart and more energy can be released.Then this leads to the type of food you are eating.I have enlisted the healthy menu in the past.
