Cheap Food is healthy

Vegetables, especially the green ones can be cultivated in your backyard.If you don't have the enough space, you can buy them in your local supermarket.

When I was between 8 and 20 years,I used to eat  nearly all the types of vegetables from Monday:Brown beans Tuesday: Cabbage and  Potatoes Wednesday: Spinach and Carrots Thursday White broad beans Friday Tomatoes and Onions soup Saturday Sour Porridge and Milk.Sunday Chicken and green beans.

The following week will be Monday Fish and Soup Tuesday: Beef Wednesday: Turkey Thursday: Mushroom soup Friday: Mutton
Saturday: Chicken Sunday: Beef.
The staple food were maizemeal alternatively samp or rice.

You cultivate the Vegetables.
How to grow your Vegetables?
You will need to prepare the seedbed with your fork.You must have the Green manure,Compost and Fertilizer NPK which is available at any general supermarket.You can cut through the porcelain pipe or old bath container.All most all the countries can cultivate vegetables except the deserts or too much salinated,acidic soil.
Method:
1.Deep fork soil turning.
2.Mix the soil with a Compost.
3.Water the seedbed.
4.Plant the seeds.
5.After 5 weeks,transplant the seedlings.The seedlings distance is stipulated on the side pack.
6.Put the green mulch on top just between the seedlings.
7.Allow 5L of water when the sun rises and 5L  before the sunset daily.

Harvesting
The Harvesting Period  differ from Crop to Crop.The Vegetables usually take 3 to 6 months.
