Healthy atmosphere

1.Your Environment
Whether we deny or accept,the Climate change defies our healthcare.Unfortunately,  the government interventions have recently late emerged.The area where you live in must be clean because it can transmit diseases

2.People you live with.
The People you live with must be positive.     Free from insults and disputes so that you   can  have healthy mind.

 3.Less Problems.  Don't think too much   about the problems.      Think about   solutions.
 
  4.Enough rest.    You need to rest.Sleeping       is  the best      
   Medicine.Don't oversleeping say 20 hrs.

   5.Take some exercises.
   Bicycle riding may be good example

   6.Listening to good music
   Music makes you relax and take out your       Emotions and your brain need it most.

    7.Watching / Listening Comedies
    Usually good comedies make you happy          or sad.The initial aim of a comedy was to        make you happy.

    8.Good companionship.
    Good, positive friends are bringing health      benefits.Surround yourself with good          
    People.
    
    9.Self sufficient.
    Money can be a problem.If one wants 
    billions in one month that can result to a
    Mental Problem.Think about what is     
    achieveable.
