There are  external environment factors which should be avoided.Your body will react towards certain environmental appearance which we call allergy.It can be a dry air or certain food.The signs can be sneezing, headache,headache or skin rush.

Some of these allergies can be avoided or medication or periodical intake of medication.
The supply of blood is very sensitive to  the heart because it must have enough oxygen and nutrients.The over deposit of nutrients can damage the heart and cause CAD Coronary artery disease.

Treatment
 Nitrates are vasodilators,which cause   blood vessel to more open up.These are   available as tablets.
 A heartache  is when the heart receives   insufficient oxygen.A immediate medical   attention is needed.
 Signs of heart attack
 -lot of sweating
 -Diziness fatigue
 -Upset stomach
 -Cynosis

The Mental state is one of the hidden behaviour in our lives and exposed  when we react to a certain stimulus which may produce  excessive laughter,anger,good or bad opinion.
