Healthy food, healthy lifestyle don't make people 100% healthy.There are external insinuations which affect the mind of a person which may be bad or good news. When I was between 8 and 20 years,I used to eat  nearly all the types of vegetables from Monday:Brown beans Tuesday: Cabbage and  Potatoes Wednesday: Spinach and Carrots Thursday White broad beans Friday Tomatoes and Onions soup Saturday Sour Porridge and Milk.Sunday Chicken and green beans.
