Mental State

The Mental state is one of the hidden behaviour in our lives and exposed  when we react to a certain stimulus which may produce  excessive laughter,anger,good or bad opinion. Over Thinking may lead to mental disturbance.Now,the mental state  is fed by the brains.There are certain "secrets' which we overlook or undermine which makes us different from  the animals. We turn to respond to what one says.What we overlook is the health state of someone's mind. If somebody talks the unachievable, unthinkable, impossible issues like saying I know  the rains were born in 0.00 Year then we turn to ask his/her mental state. That's we have special schools which cater for us for all. It is not wrong to be in the state of lower of health but ours is to understand,cater the rationale of that person.There are various factors which play here. 1.The Type of family you belongs to. 2.How was that person brought up 3.The type of the community 4.The type of education which recieved. 5...

Oral Health

Oral Health  is very important. Some People don't themselves  well like brushing teeth,treating armpits,stinking shoes,stinking  stockings such as bad smells.This may 1.Headache  to other People. 2.Cause even vormit. 3.Have to leave the room. 4.Unfortunately,if it  is in the  Public Transport then its a punishment. The Question  is how do you react in such situations. 1.You may tell the Person to leave. 2.You may quit personally. 3.Some say present that person with a soap and  that will be a message. 4.Some say just  relate a story  which is about stinking.Perhaps it will knock in his/her head. Last time I wrote about the importance of Eyes.Another big Organism is the Head. The Head  controls everything.  I compare it with an "engine".All the instructions  you get are housed in your head. You need to take care  of your head.  Usually  the head  suffers from headache and externally.It can be disturbed directly or indirectly by injuries or thumping.Thats why the Helmet are placed around the head. The Brain Disease  like  Alzheimer's disease ,Parkinson's disease and  amyotrophic  lateral scleriosis.They affect memory thought and movement. Unfortunately the mentioned  brain disease have no care but it can be cooled. Brain diseases  comes in different types like trauma infections.In order to make your brain healthy.You will  need the following: Tomatoes Beans Lean Red Meat Salmon Avocados  Blueberries  Strawberries  and blackberries  have a  high  of antioxidants. 

Eyes are Sensitive

All the  parts  of your bodies are important the Bible refers many times to our bodies. There are people who can afford paying the medical aid.Some governments have introduced the NHI, National health insurance of which the Taxpayer have to pay. There are pros and cons of having a medical Aid. 1.The first question will be asked when you are intending to join; Where you are working? Or do you have the stable job.Then you will be told whether you qualify or not. 2.After you have registered,then it will depend on how much you shall contribute? 3.The Payment(Premium) is continuous.  What are the benefits? 1.You are covered 24hrs medical wise and even hospitalisation. 2.Your family is covered. 3.You can buy medicine beyond the counter. Disadvantages: Since the medical aid is in the business,they will limit your visits to the doctor. Each disease has a specific amount.Once the sickness  prolongs then the funds will be exhausted which means the rest of money must be paid out of your pocket.You cannot limit the disease. Health in different Perspective

Healthy food, healthy lifestyle don't make people 100% healthy.There are external insinuations which affect the mind of a person which may be bad or good news. Bad news Any unexpected news which hinder one's progress or serve as stumbling block may be perceived as bad news which affect the brain functioning especially where the solutions are seemed impossible or will take place after a long period or to get a hard  solution.That will harm the body health especially the brains. No amount of immediate medication will overcome the problem. Good news Good news may raise a hypertension and overstep the mark that everything is possible.If things go in the other way,then depression surfaces.In order to decrease or stop that kind of depression, there must solution and not any ordinary but the kind of solution which quenches what was designed for.

Cheap Food is healthy

Vegetables, especially the green ones can be cultivated in your backyard.If you don't have the enough space, you can buy them in your local supermarket. When I was between 8 and 20 years,I used to eat  nearly all the types of vegetables from Monday:Brown beans Tuesday: Cabbage and  Potatoes Wednesday: Spinach and Carrots Thursday White broad beans Friday Tomatoes and Onions soup Saturday Sour Porridge and Milk.Sunday Chicken and green beans. The following week will be Monday Fish and Soup Tuesday: Beef Wednesday: Turkey Thursday: Mushroom soup Friday: Mutton Saturday: Chicken Sunday: Beef. The staple food were maizemeal alternatively samp or rice. You cultivate the Vegetables. How to grow your Vegetables? Eating More,Eating Less

The title tells us about Eating More and Eating Less.These concepts are worrisome. Instead eat moderately.Your stomach will tell  you that is enough or you need more. The Restaurants give you according to your affordability.Sometimes it can be too much which is unhealthy.There comes the scenario of eating less because you are avoiding to be "too fat"That can cause  some diseases or unbalancing  of the nutrients. The  Food should be enough so that enough blood can circulate enough in the heart and more energy can be released.Then this leads to the type of food you are eating.I have enlisted the healthy menu in the past. Water is an essential compound in our bodies.Too much water is better than excessive food.Water will dissolve the toxins and urinate acids.Your body will reduce the high temperature. It keeps your body health balance.

Does Health insurance help?

We are living in financial crisis.There was a big debate in my family whether I should continue to pay  Medical Aid  and Health insurance or stop. The reasons which they gave me were the might  be unforseen circumstances like accidents,abrupt sickness which will demand immediate payment.No one have "ready money". There are alternatives.You can open up a special savings which might grow.That will need a standard discipline.Its a question  of who  keep the cards in the family or another family members. Medical Aids and Health rise each year.The Salaries are stagnant are not matching.Money is earned and must and must be used fruitfully. We live  once and die once.Each opportunity is important.
